FAQs

Can I change or cancel my order?

We fill orders extremely quickly, so it is not possible to change or cancel orders once placed. Orders placed separately cannot be combined for shipment.

When will my order ship?

Upon receiving your order, processing begins immediately. Orders usually ship the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation message, along with your shipping tracking number.

*Please note that orders of pre-order items that also include in-stock items will be delayed and ship once the pre-order items are ready to ship; for this reason, you may wish to order in-stock items and pre-order items on separate orders.

To avoid delays in our shipping your order, please provide the correct billing address for the credit card used. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not provide that info as well as those that are shipping to an address other than the confirmed billing address.

What size should I buy for my child?

Check out our Size Charts page for vendor specific guidelines. Keep in mind that each child is unique so these are only guidelines, not a guarantee of fit. Due to high volume, it is not possible to pull specific items for measurements.

Can I come in to browse, pick up my order or drop off my return?

No, our warehouse is not open to the public.

What is the BDC Style Club?

The BDC Style Club is our special Rewards Program to reward our loyal customers! There are many ways you can earn BDC Style Points and redeem them as discounts on future orders. By registering, you will also be able to track your orders, save addresses and payment info., manage your password, etc.. The information in your account is confidential.

Back Ordered Items and Sold Out Items

We reserve the right to ship partial orders if items are on backorder or not available; of course credit will be submitted for any items charged and not shipped. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled for some reason. Of course, customers will be notified and any charges credited in those cases.

What is a Pre-Order?

Occasionally we offer you the opportunity to pre-order items that will be available for an upcoming season at a later date. This way, you can be sure you have the item(s) you want by ordering ahead of time! Your item(s) will then be sent to you as soon as we receive delivery from the vendor.

Items purchased on pre-order are not eligible for refund; if returned they will be accepted for store credit only.

Orders of pre-order items that also include in-stock items will be delayed and ship once the pre-order items are ready to ship; for this reason, you may wish to order in-stock items and pre-order items on separate orders.

NEW! Special Delivery Option - Add this option to your order (one per order) if you would like for all of your pre-order items to be shipped to you as soon as they are delivered to us - this way you will receive multiple shipments as each delivery arrives here.

I received an incorrect or damaged/defective item. What do I do?

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. In the unusual event that something arrives damaged/defective, or you receive something in error, please email us within 3 business days of order receipt so we can make the appropriate correction.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the current rates in your state, county & city.

Do you offer Gift Wrap?

Yes! We will be happy to wrap your gift selection for a beautiful presentation ($5 per item). Please specify the occasion and a gift message during checkout. Please note that gift wrap orders do not meet the requirements to be sent using First Class Mail.
