Returns & ExchangesWe hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 14-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced, non-personalized items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging. Returns must be delivered to us within 14 calendar days after initial order delivery. All sales are final after those 14 calendar days. SALE Return Policy -- SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. If returned, those items will be accepted for store credit or size exchange only. NO REFUNDS. Christening items are accepted for size exchanges only. Jewelry, socks, tights, bows and special order NCAA items may not be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit. Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise. Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return will be assessed a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We reserve the right to cancel such orders. If you refuse your package upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return. To make an exchange or return: Email customercare@bestdressedchild.com to obtain the required return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, list of items you wish to return, and reason for return in your email when requesting an RA number. Return Authorization requests are always acknowledged, via email, in a timely manner. Please ensure that your email system will accept email messages from bestdressedchild.com. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return. Items which have been washed may not be returned Items delivered on hangers and in plastic must be returned on hangers and in plastic; items delivered in plastic must be returned in plastic. Items returned without these items will incur a 25% restocking fee and will not receive full credit. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, RA info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender. RA numbers expire after one week. Please print the RA number on the outside of the shipping package.
