Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase, with the following exceptions:
Full priced items and items marked 10-40% off will be accepted for a size exchange or refund.
Items marked 50% off are final sale, but may be returned for a size exchange or store credit.
Items marked 75% off (price ends in .97) are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Socks, tights, hats, head bands and bows are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please return items in their new, original, un-worn, un-washed condition with with tags intact and with original protective PLASTIC packaging. Shoes* must be returned in the original shoe box and the shoe box packed in a shipping box. Items returned stained or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Returns received after 30 days and returns received in damaged or used condition will not be accepted.
Size exchanges - please place a new order for the item/size(s) desired and return the original item(s) for a refund.
Returns are processed 1-5 business days after they are received. Please allow 1-4 weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Store credits are issued as a coupon code and will be delivered to you via email. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned. If you would like a different size and prefer not to place a new order for the size exchange, please indicate the item and size desired and we will ship that item/size, if available, once your return has been received and processed.
Write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.
