Shipping Info



*Shipping & delivery dates are estimates only - not guaranteed by the carriers - due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, carriers continue to have volume related delays.*


We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States, from our facility in Alpharetta, Georgia 30022. Our warehouse is not open to the public at this time; therefore, we do not offer local pick-up.

Most orders ship one to two business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major U.S. Holidays.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly and without delay.

However, due to the sustained global impact of COVID-19, our industry is experiencing significant supply chain challenges and transportation delays. Neither the USPS nor UPS are guaranteeing delivery dates, and your order may be delayed by the USPS or UPS after it ships.

We are not liable for any delays in shipments. If you experience any issues with your delivery - contact the carrier (i.e. USPS or UPS).


***A word about UPS 2nd Day Air Service - Orders shipped with this service are actually due for delivery on the THIRD business day after the order is placed; for example, an order placed on Tuesday ships on Wednesday - and with 2nd Day Air the expected delivery date would be Friday; likewise, an order placed on Wednesday ships on Thursday - and the expected delivery date would then be Monday. Another example - an order placed on Friday ships on Monday and the expected delivery date would then be Wednesday.

Once tendered to USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package; likewise, once delivered to you, we are not responsible for packages stolen from the point of delivery; please ensure that your package will be delivered to a safe and secure location.


Can’t Find Your Package?

This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is check any other delivery spots such as a back or front entrance, the lobby, or a neighbor's door. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as ‘Delivered’ before they’re dropped off. Please contact the carrier if it has been more than a few days since receiving a delivery notification.

*If there are any issues with your merchandise, we must be made aware of these within a week of your order date so that we can resolve the issue(s). We cannot be held responsible indefinitely for the condition of your order. Obviously, we are not responsible for items damaged by the customer during the washing/drying process, nor for items that are damaged during wear.*
