Return Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 30-day return or exchange privilege for regular priced items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging. Items returned without tags and packaging intact will be refused.
Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days after initial order placement. All sales are final after those 30 calendar days.
***Christmas Return Policy: All returns of Christmas theme items must be made by Dec. 25, 2008 OR the allotted 30 day return period -- whichever is earlier! We will NOT accept returns of Christmas items after Christmas.***
SALE Return Policy -- SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. If returned, those items will be accepted for store credit or size exchange only. NO REFUNDS. Store credits are valid for merchandise (not shipping charges) for one year and cannot be extended. Items marked 40% or more off regular price are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
Christening items are accepted for size exchanges only.
We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.
Jewelry, socks, tights, bows and special order NCAA items may not be returned.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
Price adjustments are not made for previously purchased merchandise.
Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to try and then return will either be issued a store credit or subject to a 25% restocking fee for any returns. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.
If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
To make an exchange or return:
We no longer require a Return Authorization number in order to make a return.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.
Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.
Use a carrier with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our Returns Dept.:
