Note: Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If the recipient's order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit card; if the order is less than the gift amount the unused balance will be tracked in the recipient's account with us. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Electronic gift certificates are sent to recipients via email; we do not offer traditional paper certificates. We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Upon receiving your order, we verify availability. Orders usually ship the next business day. When your order ships, we send you a confirmation email message, along with your shipping tracking number.
