FAQs

What methods of payment do you accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as Paypal. We do not accept money orders, checks, cash or purchase orders.

Upon receiving your order, we verify availability. Orders usually ship the next business day. When your order ships, we send you a confirmation email message, along with your shipping tracking number.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are shipping to an address other than the confirmed billing address.

Back Ordered Items and Sold Out Items

We reserve the right to ship partial orders if items are on backorder or not available; of course credit will be submitted for any items charged and not shipped. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled for some reason. Of course, customers will be notified and any charges credited in those cases.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. In the unusual event that something arrives damaged, or you received something in error, please notify us within 5 business days of order receipt so we can make the appropriate correction.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the current rates in your state, county & city.

Do you offer Gift Wrap?

In addition to wonderful clothing and accessories, we offer a range of truly unique and adorable gift items. We will be happy to wrap your gift selection for a beautiful presentation. Please specify the occasion and a gift message during checkout.
