What methods of payment do you accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as Paypal. We do not accept money orders, checks, cash or purchase orders.

Upon receiving your order, we verify availability. Orders usually ship the next business day. When your order ships, we send you a confirmation email message, along with your shipping tracking number.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are shipping to an address other than the confirmed billing address.

Back Ordered Items and Sold Out Items

We reserve the right to ship partial orders if items are on backorder or not available; of course credit will be submitted for any items charged and not shipped. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled for some reason. Of course, customers will be notified and any charges credited in those cases.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. In the unusual event that something arrives damaged, or you received the wrong size, please notify us within 5 business days of order receipt so we can make the appropriate correction.

The Best Dressed Child electronic gift certificates are available in e-mail form in $25, $50, $100, $250 and $500 amounts; multiple gift certificates may be purchased to create the gift amount of your choice. Note: Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. If the recipient's order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit card; if the order is less than the gift amount the unused balance will be tracked in the recipient's account with us. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Electronic gift certificates are sent to recipients via email; we do not offer traditional paper certificates. Therefore, the purchaser must provide a valid email address to which we may forward the certificate.
